Eben V. Hall (Managing Partner)
Eben V. Hall is President of HM Company. He is involved in business acquisitions as well as assisting operating managers of portfolio companies. Prior to founding HM Company in 1996, he has work for aircraft and medical manufactures (Berkshire Industries & B. Braun), Private Equity firm (The Palmer Group) and Financial Services (General Electric). After excelling at each company, he has focused on independent projects and investments to date.
Eben Hall is a 1995 graduate of The School of Engineering and Applied Science of the University of Pennsylvania with a Masters Degree in Systems Engineering. Additionally, he is a 1993 graduate of Lafayette College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Michelle Grambow (Partner)
Michelle has over 10 years of international strategic marketing and business development experience. She has built her career on the integration of consumer insight with a keen understanding of business strategy, helping to grow some of the world’s premier brands, including Coca-Cola, Lands’ End, and Doubleclick.
Michelle received degrees in strategic marketing and marketing management and has guest lectured at a number of universities in the United States. She was educated at the University of Wisconsin, USA.
Michelle’s key role at HM Company is to focus on driving the growth of the business by developing and ensuring an effective global marketing and sales strategy. She is also responsible for the strategic direction of commercial and residential international sales.
