Real Estate – Value Investments with Various Properties (1995) HMC has evaluated several projects through out the world. These investments range from apartments in exclusive areas in Europe (London, UK, South France, Prague), the Middle East (Lebanon, Saudi Arriba and Turkey), USA (North East, Midwest and South East) and the Caribbean (St. Thomas, Turks and Caicos, Belize and other islands), Central America (Panama, Costa Rica and Mexico). These investments focus on value enhancement through development local partnerships and financial investors.
Key Development LTD, TCI – Resort Development & Consulting (2003) HMC resources provide consulting services focused on high end resorts and other property development though out the world. These projects include relationship management, financing, construction, decorating, property management and other services. HM Invest is currently engagements include but are not limited to The Tanai and Amanyara resort projects on Turks & Caicos.
Trans-Atlantic Partners, London UK – Defense, Communication and other Government Regulated Sales for the Development World (2005) HMC is providing project management, financial support and execution services to the joint venture. TAP is focused on establishing strong relationships with high level officials of the Middle Eastern governments. TAP will leverage these relationships to open these markets to contracted suppliers of good and services. The initial focus is targeting government spending of defense and communication equipment. Future products might include generic from manufactured from India.
Main Capital Corporation, CT – US Real Estate Finance Company (2006) HMC has been developing a similar business concept to MCC’s auto business. Once the business plan is funded and resourced a new company will be formed, MCC will provide home mortgages to the no or bad credit customers.
Pink Sands Inc – International Real Estate Development (2007) HMC formed this company but it has not been used to date. Pink Sands will begin operating when international property is purchased and managed primarily by HMC.

Carlson Companies, MN – Oracle Financial ERP Consulting (2005-2006) HMC provided senior program management resource to implement a $100MM Oracle financials ERP. The project scope ranged from audit work, quality control to data warehousing.
Bear Auto Leasing Company, Inc, MA – Auto Dealership (1991-2006)
Bear Auto Leasing is an independent full service auto dealership that includes a rental fleet. Bear Auto has developed a highly profitable business located in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Main Capital Corporation, MA – Auto Financing (1993-2006) Main Capital specializing inproviding credit to customers of car dealerships. Main Capital has achieved the highest rating from the Massachusetts Division of Banks for its operations. Main Capital is located in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Lexites & Associates, India – Indian High-End Resourcing Services for the Legal, Financial and Marketing Industries (2006) HMC has been asked to join the board of directors for this India consulting company. This relationship will begin to open the Indian market to HMC’s services for both consulting and investment opportunities.
Oyster & Pearl, CT – Boutique Department Store (2000-2005) HMC provided financial and infrastructure support for this new retail concept. Oyster & Pearl was a high end home retailer that carried a full department assortment in less than 2,000 sqft retail space. After exploring several business development strategies, management decided to close the store.
Alpha Centauri Partners, Nigeria – African Business Development & Consulting (2005)
HMC resources provide business process and sales/marketing services to African portfolio companies. ACP is currently working to formalize relationships with Private Equity firms and Angle investors in the African region.
STEP Consulting, MN – US Strategic Project Management Office Consulting (2005)
HMC is providing the infrastructure for this new consulting concept to reach maturity. STEP is providing a SMO execution solution for mid-size US firms. STEP is currently working to establish relationships with turn around and software firms.
ABC Carpet & Home, NY – Home Retail & Real Estate (2003)
HMC engaged with ABC with two different business development options. The first was to be the exclusive dinning & kitchen department for ABC. The presentation led to a consulting contract working directly with ABC. The second was working with a group of investors to purchase ABC Carpet & Home from the current owners. No agreement was met and ABC was sold to a new set of investors.
Tun Tavern Brewery, PA – Investment of a Local PA Micro-Brewery (1995-2000)
HMC was nominated to a board seat and provided strategic consulting services. The company was later sold and closed.
